Lots of ooey, gooey things like Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake, and my absolute favorite in the whole wide world, Coconut Cake with Coconut Frosting! Yes, Kerri & Erika, here it is! My secret weapon...I mean recipe! I've also included a few of my favorite things because spring is here, and Easter is coming! The Lemon Meringue Pie is to-die-for, as is the French Lemon Tart. There's no doubt about it. Smith's Edge knife sharpeners are exceptional (I know because I kept one for myself!), and you really must try them to experience the quality craftmanship that are put into these amazing kitchen tools.

I let Mr. Random Generator chose the winning numbers again. He picks them out all at once and spits them out this way. So, as I said in the original post, I will give the 1st and most expensive sharpener to the 1st number to come up, the 2nd sharpener to the 2nd, and so on. These are the numbers in order, the timestamp so you know it's a genuine draw, and notice underneath, "The numbers are generated left to right, i.e., across columns." Then, we'll see who won and their comments. OK? Here we go!

I added you to my google reader and can't wait to see the next creations you will share with us. I have used a rod style knife sharpener, but now I use one that is more similar to the edge grip sharpener. I don't know what brand it is.

The Galley Life
Most of my faithful readers know I live on a sailboat. I cook, bake, photograph it all, and then write about it on my blog! A New Cuisinart Food Processor!
My kids are so good to me! Remember last month I guilted my kids into buying me a Cuisinart 9 speed Hand-held Mixer? (I originally wanted a KitchenAid, but the Cuisinart was so darned pretty with its brushed chrome sci-fi finish!) They were so good natured about it too. At first they thought it was a joke. Then they realized I was dead serious! Three days later it was in the mail direct from Williams-Sonoma!

What a Guy!
Jokingly, I said, "Gee, my birthday is coming up and I would really like a new mini food processor." They all chuckled and let it go. Or so I thought. My oldest son, John, asked me a bunch of questions about it. He's the baker and into quality foodservice equipment. Four days later I get a BIG package in the mail. Thinking it was just my regular monthly mail delivery from home, my jaw dropped when I opened it to find a brand new shiny mini-food processor! What a guy, huh? He loves his Mom, that's for sure!

I used it last night for the first time and man, does that thing chop and blend! Even though it's this cute little baby food processor, it gives the big boys a run for their money! It went right through the pesto and spinach I was blending together. Clean up was a breeze too! I'll be sharing the pictures for Pasta, Pesto & Peas later on.

And look at these baby pictures here. Isn't it cute? The Cuisinart Mini-Prep Plus Food Processor is a beautiful piece of work and totally matches my shiny new brushed chrome Cuisinart Mixer. Do you think my son had that in mind when he picked this out for me? You betcha! He loves shiny silver things too. We're both so into sci-fi that it reminds us of something from Battlestar Gallactica or Star Trek!

I just thought of something! He sent that food processor way before my birthday! Does that mean I still get a
birthday present too? hmmm...How about an Immersion Blender? Think I can do it? I still have 3 more kids!

Here's a few pictures of my new Cuisinart food processor. I'm also throwing in a photo of my son, the one that loves his mother enough to send her the very best! Hey girls! Not only is he totally handsome, but he's single AND he has his own bakery! How tempting is that? (This is sooo gonna embarrass him!)
