Thanksgiving leftovers. That's where we're at right now. Turkey soup? Maybe. Turkey Tetrazzini? Probably. That's where the Food Network comes in. OK, I'll admit it. I love the Food Network. Seriously love it, especially their shiny, glossy magazine. Yeah, the one with lick-able photos.
Food Network had a great Thanksgiving layout this year, with awesome Thanksgiving recipes, Thanksgiving Appetizers, Thanksgiving Turkey Recipes, and Thanksgiving Dessert Recipes, lots and lots of dessert recipes.
But now it's time for the leftovers. I hope you didn't throw the turkey carcass away, because that makes the best turkey stock and turkey soup. Here's my recipe for Turkey Tetrazzini. I've been making this Thanksgiving leftovers recipe for years. It's easy, and hearty, and uses up a lot of that leftover turkey you've got hiding in the back of your fridge!
