Roasted Red Potatoes Recipe - Red Bliss Potatoes sprinkled with olive oil, garlic & herbs and roasted in a hot oven or on the grill. Add some sauteed onions & peppers and call them Home Fries! Slice some smoked mozzarella chicken sausage and call it supper! Side dish or main dish, you decide!

Oh my goodness look at all the recipes. Can't believe you went through and got all these. So many great ones, others I may consider trying and some... I just do not think I'd do it right.

Thanks so much for doing this! I travel through endless amounts of recipe sites a month and lately haven't had many bites or eye attracters. Thinking I may have to push up my sleeves and suck it up. Time to try out something new, even if it's hard.
