GRILLING FISH 101
My newest article has been published on startcooking.com. It's called Grilling Fish 101. Check it out for tips & tricks on How-To grill fish. Don't have a grill? Not to worry! This article isn't only about cooking on the BBQ grill, but also in the house using special pans and electric grills.
There's plenty of links to other blogs and a couple of really great sites that specialize in the preparation of fresh fish and seafood. There's even one from me!
startcooking.com is owned by Kathy Maister from Boston. She really does have an amazing site and if you haven't been there yet, you'll love it!
So, click on Grilling Fish 101 and plan something fishy for dinner this week! And while you're there, feel free to leave a comment and tell your friends!
I love scallops but am always worried I am cooking them too long! Yours are the perfect color. I'll have to check out your article as I am grilling salmon tonight!
Nice to meet you by the way.

Hey - You have great timing on this as my brother and nephew right now are on their way to San Diego to go on a 2 day deep sea fishing trip for tuna / yellowtail / albacore so when they come home friday night with a cooler of fish I can grill it up the right way!!

thanks so much for the link. We have become very big fans of fish and learning how to grill and what type will help us so much. I try to grill as much as possible to avoid odors in the house!!
