Check out my new article on startcooking.com! It's all about "Grilled Sandwiches: How To Go Beyond Grilled Cheese".
With tons of links and lots of great suggestions for all sorts of sandwiches, your whole family will be in sandwich heaven! There are so many ideas here that it will be your one-stop sandwich article for the entire summer! A section on how to choose the right pans, appliances and grilling methods will get you so fired up, you'll be planning your menu while you're reading this!
Here's a few of my favorites:
- Grilled Peanut Butter & Jelly
- Grilled Vegetable Panini
- Cuban Sandwiches
So, forget about the old bologna & cheese and the boring PB&J's and get grilling! Grilled Sandwiches that is!
I'm going to go right over and check it out after I catch up on all the posts I've missed. I love grilled pb and j-learned about that in college from a roomie.

Awesome article Cathy. I would never have though to grill my sandwiches on the grill. :) I have always used a good ole' frying pan in the kitchen. I can't wait to make some on my grill. I have never heard of griling a PB&J on the grill but that is the first thing I will try becuase I love PB&J.
I am on a diet. Do you have any low calorie recipes? I am sitting here looking at all of the wonderful things that you have on your blog and I am now hungry.

Thank you so much for these links! I tried the Monte Cristo (first time ever!) and it was delish! So, tell me...how do you pronounce Grueye? That cheese is so delish but also a bit pricey. Thanks again!
